Event Streams
I spearheaded an end-to-end experience to help enterprise companies, startups, and non-profits make sense of their communications data. Within six months of launching the public beta, our product resulting in 2.5M+ streaming events.
I led all product design and user research for Twilio Event Streams overseeing all user research sessions, facilitating every design workshop, and meticulously finalizing every aspect of the product. Event Streams was released in May 2021 and has since acquired over 30 new customers every month, processing more than 2.5 million events and positively impacting millions of lives.
